Ordering
Please place your Penthouse Pen order by email, post, fax or telephone as listed on the Contact Us page. We need to know:
- your name, address and telephone number
- model of pen required
- the size
- the colour
- any accessories to go with it
- payment details
If you want to pay by credit or debit card then we accept Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo and JCB. Cheques should be made payable to Penthouse Products Ltd.
Post & Packing
We normally dispatch within 10 days of receipt of order although this may be extended slightly in busy periods. Cat pens are dispatched by courier as flat pack for easy assembly.
P&P rates are for next-day delivery to UK Mainland. Customers living in Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands and other offshore Islands, we will quote you a competitive, fixed delivery price depending on your order. Please telephone beforehand if you wish to make arrangements for collection from Lincolnshire.
We often sell Penthouse Pens to Europe, USA and even Australia. You may be liable for import duties and customs handling charges in your own country.
